Parker Huggett is proud to be representing an established and highly respected General Contractor based in the Niagara region, known for delivering exceptional ICI and residential projects across the province. With a proven reputation for quality, collaboration, and growth, this organization continues to raise the bar in the construction industry, and now, they’re looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team.
As the successful candidate, you are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the construction industry. You bring a track record of success working with a General Contractor on comparable projects and have hands-on experience managing ground-up builds, in the ICI and/or multi-residential space. You thrive on challenge, take pride in achieving project milestones, and are committed to fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and your project team.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A motivated mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience working with a GC on ICI and/or residential projects
- Solid understanding of construction management and lump sum project delivery
- Passion for driving success through collaboration and accountability
- Strong communication and leadership skills that keep projects moving smoothly
