You’re a seasoned Civil/Infrastructure Estimator with a history of building big things and you’re ready for the next challenge: leading the charge for Ontario’s most exciting construction projects with a national General Contractor whose work spans from coast to coast.
On behalf of our client, an industry titan approaching a century of success, we’re seeking a Chief Estimator to join their Toronto team and lead preconstruction excellence.

About You
You’re a motivated, growth-minded leader who’s ready to own your experience and make a major impact.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Self-Starter: You take initiative and deliver results. You understand the buck stops with you, and you thrive under that responsibility.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye and know that accuracy is everything in preconstruction
- Proven Experience: You’ve led estimation efforts for complex infrastructure over $100M with a General Contractor. You are familiar with CM, IPD, PDB, and Design Build contracts
- Excellent Communicator & Collaborator: You inspire your team, work cross-functionally with confidence, and get energy from shared success
- Driven Builder: You embrace challenges, love solving problems, and are relentlessly focused on quality, schedule, and profitability.
- Curious Learner: You’re always exploring new construction methodologies, technologies, and best practices
