About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable mid‑to‑large Canadian builder, is seeking a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of institutional, commercial, and light‑industrial projects in the Calgary market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding multiple project teams, elevating delivery performance, and building long‑term client relationships.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead overall project strategy, planning, and execution across multiple sites
- Provide operational oversight, risk management, forecasting, and performance control
- Mentor and develop project managers, coordinators, and site leaders
- Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Maintain schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards across all assigned projects
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Professional Mindset: Grit, Entrepreneur
- 15+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Proven leadership delivering mid to large ICI projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consistent results
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Salary ranging from $160,000 to $197,000 + Bonus + RRSP Matching + Ownership
