About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is partnering with an established and highly respected General Contractor with a strong and growing presence across Toronto and the GTA. With a diverse portfolio spanning education, residential, commercial, and institutional work, this firm is busy, and only getting busier. They are now looking for you, an experienced Site Superintendent who thrives on leading complex institutional builds and is motivated by the opportunity to play a key role on a $10M university project in Toronto.
About You
- You’re not just managing a site, you’re leading people, driving outcomes, and elevating performance
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable commercial and institutional projects
- Strong background in institutional construction
- Experience delivering projects under IPD, progressive design-build, or design-build contracts
- A collaborative mindset, you know how to align consultants, trades, ownership groups and internal teams
- Motivated, driven, and solutions-oriented with a passion for building exceptional projects
- A natural leader who takes ownership and drives accountability on-site
- You understand that complex projects demand proactive coordination, transparent communication, and disciplined execution, and you thrive in that environment

- Competitive compensation package:
- $130,000 to $150,000 base salary
- Bonus potential
