About the Opportunity
Are you a driven construction professional who thrives on leading projects from the front lines? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality institutional and commercial builds while fostering a safe, collaborative site environment?
This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a well-established General Contractor that continues to build momentum across Northern Ontario.
As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of ICI projects ranging from $5M-$15M+, including both interior fit-outs and ground-up builds. You’ll be empowered to lead site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is an active opportunity with recent project awards.
About You
- A motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable ICI projects
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
- A passion for health & safety and maintaining best practices on site
- Experience across institutional and commercial builds, including interiors and new construction
- Flexibility and openness to travel across Ontario
