About the Opportunity
We are working with a well-established, 8-year-old interiors contractor that has built a strong reputation in the Edmonton market, supported by a proven ecosystem of repeat clients and consistent project flow.
This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team delivering commercial interiors projects, with the added upside of a potential path to equity participation for the right individual.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing commercial interiors / tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through to closeout
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financials
- Coordinating with site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
- Supporting estimating, procurement, and overall project planning as required
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors / fit-out projects
- Proven experience delivering projects in the $1M–$10M range
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced environment where you make an impact
About the Job
- Competitive compensation package based on experience, $90,000 to $120,000 + bonus
