On behalf of our client, an employee-owned, nationally respected contractor with continued growth plans, Parker Huggett is seeking a Superintendent to support the delivery of water and wastewater treatment facilities.

About You
You are a Superintendent who thrives on complexity and coordination. You take pride in running organized, safe sites and understand that success on complex water and wastewater projects is built on planning, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Would you say that?
- You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your site and leads from the front
- You have experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects, with interest or exposure to water, wastewater, or treatment facilities
- You’re comfortable coordinating multiple scopes, concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process interfaces
- You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, engineers, and owners
- You enjoy problem-solving and thinking ahead to identify risks before they become issues
- You’re curious by nature, motivated to learn new systems, processes, and construction methods
- You care deeply about safety, quality, and developing the people around you

About the Job
As Superintendent, you’ll be a key field leader responsible for coordinating and executing water and wastewater treatment projects from mobilization through commissioning. These are technically sophisticated builds that require strong sequencing, interface management, and collaboration across disciplines.
