With national project oversight north of $1B, the firm has been steadily building a vertically integrated Construction Management division delivering tenant improvement and high‑end retail projects across a range of sizes, supported by a clear commitment to continued investment in the division’s long‑term growth and leadership depth.
This organization is known for its disciplined delivery, long‑standing client relationships, and a client‑first approach that prioritizes certainty, accountability, and execution. The Construction Management division is established, profitable, and poised for its next phase of growth.
The missing piece: a Vice President to lead, shape, and scale the Construction Management business.
The Mandate
This is not a turnaround.
And it’s not a symbolic VP title.
You will take ownership of an already functioning CM platform and elevate it, strategically, operationally, and commercially, while having the runway and backing to build something meaningful.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Leading and growing the Construction Management Services division within the GTA
- Providing executive‑level oversight across TI and high‑end retail projects
- Strengthening key client relationships and expanding market penetration
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high‑performing CM team
- Partnering with senior leadership to define strategy, structure, and sustainable growth
- You’ll have true influence, clear expectations, and the ability to shape the future of the division
About You
We are seeking a bona fide construction leader and operator, not a career administrator.
This role will resonate with someone who:
- Has senior leadership experience in Interiors and/or Small‑to‑Mid‑Size ICI construction
- Understands Construction Management and Operations at both a delivery and P&L level
- Thinks and operates like a franchise player, commercially sharp, client‑focused, and accountable
- Is motivated by building and growing a business without taking unnecessary personal or organizational risk
