About the Opportunity
Are you a driven construction professional looking to take ownership of impactful projects with a growing and highly respected builder/developer?
Our client is an established and expanding Construction Manager and Developer with a strong pipeline of seniors housing and multi-family residential developments across Southern Ontario. With projects ranging from $20M to $80M+, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team delivering notable developments.
As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in leading projects from development and pre-construction through closeout, working alongside an accomplished leadership team known for navigating complex builds and fostering a strong, team-first culture.
About You
- An experienced Project Manager with proven full-cycle project delivery experience
- Highly motivated with the drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced working with a Construction Manager or Builder/Developer organization
- A collaborative communicator who builds trust with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects to the highest standards
- Skilled at managing project stakeholders and driving teams to achieve key milestones
- Experienced with Seniors Housing and/or Mid-Rise Residential construction projects
