About the Opportunity

We’re partnered with a highly organized and values-driven builder with a growing presence in multi-family residential construction across Calgary.

Known for their structured approach, strong internal systems, and emphasis on accountability, quality, and relationships, this team delivers consistent work across wood-frame and mid-rise residential projects.

  • Support planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multi-family projects
  • Assist with procurement processes including subcontract issuance and tracking long-lead items
  • Contribute to cost tracking, budget reporting, and monthly forecasting
  • Review and support approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices
  • Coordinate with consultants, developers, and trades to resolve project issues and maintain communication flow
  • Track deficiencies, maintain logs, and support QA/QC processes through finishing and turnover
  • Assist in project closeout including documentation, turnover packages, and final reporting
  • Support and uphold safety standards, company policies, and site compliance
