Parker Huggett is a proud partner of one of Canada’s leading national General Contractors and assisting in their search for a Senior Design Manager to join their dynamic team in Toronto. The Role: Senior Design Manager
You’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team delivering major design-build, PDB, and CM projects in Ontario, with values ranging from $100M to $1B+. From world-class sport and event facilities to post-secondary campuses, healthcare, industrial, critical infrastructure and lots in between you’ll have a hand in shaping the communities where we live, learn, and work.
But this isn’t your typical Design Manager role.
This is a chance to flex your full construction brain your technical insight, your business instincts, and your leadership style to champion design and constructability from concept to completion. You won’t just influence design, you’ll be a key part of planning, pursuing, developing and delivering landmark projects with a team that has the track record, the reputation, and the results to win.

This is not solely a design or business development role and you don’t need to be a P.Eng. You’ll be a bridge between design and construction, ensuring that projects meet client expectations while staying true to what can be built, how it can be built, and how to build beyond expectations.
