After attracting critical players within their technology and construction teams, they want to add to their powerhouse team with the focus and drive to support their commitment to build over 2000 units in the luxury rental vertical community space.
We are supporting these leading developer/builders in finding Senior Superintendents to drive their marquee builds in the City of Toronto!
About You
Experience – You bring experience finishing multiple residential high-rise projects cradle to grave as a lead superintendent in Toronto.
Builder at Heart – You thrive and possess a passion for delivering a best-in-class residential urban community with the customer and company top of mind in everything you do – Being passionate about using ‘tech’ building is a plus!
About the Job
As a Senior Superintendent, you are there to work with a strong project team and take full ownership of delivering the project milestones before or on time.
