With active developments underway and a healthy pipeline of future projects, our client is hiring an experienced finishing superintendent with high-rise residential experience for a project in the West GTA.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- High-rise condo site management experience
- High-level finishing experience
- Ability to run a safe and tidy job site
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great relationships with trades, consultants and building inspectors
- Create, maintain and manage all schedules and sequencing related to finishing
- Ability to get ahead of potential issues to ensure the project stays on track
- Leadership of site professionals providing mentorship for junior staff
- Able to lead meetings and strong email communication skills
