About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett has partnered with a builder-developer in the seniors housing space to find a strong senior site superintendent for a mid-rise project in Oakville, ON.
This boutique builder-developer has built strong relationships within the senior housing community and has delivered high-quality projects for over 20 years. Leveraging their fantastic reputation, this team has a strong foundation in executing successful projects while creating a sustainable and supportive work culture amongst their employees.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- High-rise or mid-rise experience
- Completed 2-3 full cycle condo projects in a site superintendent role
- Ability to run a safe and tidy job site
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great relationships with trades, consultants and building inspectors
- Create, maintain and manage all schedules and sequencing
- Ability to get ahead of potential issues to ensure the project stays on track
- Leadership of site professionals providing mentorship for junior staff
- Able to lead meetings and strong email communication skills
