About the Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key driver of efficiency and organization, supporting both business operations and personal tasks for the President. This dynamic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities with high discretion. You will handle everything from email and calendar management to planning events, managing travel, and assisting with personal and family-related tasks.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Email & Calendar Management: Oversee complex schedules and correspondence
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Event & Travel Coordination: Plan business travel and organize events
- Personal Assistance: Handle errands, scheduling, and family-related tasks
- Special Projects & Communication: Collaborate on initiatives and liaise with stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of discretion
- Experience managing travel, events, and personal tasks in a professional setting
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant tools
- Background in event coordination, marketing, or PR is a plus
