As a Proposal Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Pre-Construction and play a pivotal role in creating winning proposals for high-profile construction projects across North America. What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of proposal development, from analyzing RFP documents to submitting final proposals
- Develop creative, compelling layouts and content tailored to each project, including written, graphic, and photographic elements
- Coordinate with management and operations teams to gather content and maintain the proposal and bid schedule
- Organize, file, and distribute all proposal-related documents and ensure submissions align with best practices and industry standards
- Lead strategy meetings to ensure alignment on proposal goals and messaging
- Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and tools to drive efficiency and quality
- Support pre-qualification efforts and data collection on client and project schedules
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management or a similar role within the construction industry (Project Manager/Coordinator experience is a strong asset)
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, and Photoshop/Illustrator
- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Business acumen and a professional attitude that inspires confidence and trust
- Experience with CCDC documents (preferred but not required)
