About the Opportunity
I am seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. This role focuses on lease performance reporting, income review, financial reconciliation, consolidated financial statements, and key metrics tracking. The ideal candidate will be close to completing their CPA or CFA.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare lease reporting packages and validate management reports
- Conduct income reviews, bad debt analyses, and loss ratio calculations
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in consolidated financial statements and audit preparations
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred or almost completed)
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
About the Job
- Salary: up to $85,000 a year, dependent on experience
