About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is working with one of the biggest success stories in the Southern Ontario Construction Management Space. This CM has attracted franchise players to their executive/project team, who bring over 30 years of local experience within the major project space.
With a new multi-phase residential project award in the Tri-City area, our client is searching for an experienced Sr. Project Manager with deep connections with the local consultants, sub-trades and building inspectors.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee multiple project contract documents while ensuring schedules and budgets are on target
- Strong budget and cost control management
- People management – ensuring the team is on track and meeting deliverables
- Excellent relationships with project owner, sub-trades and consultants
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills to help develop project team
- Collaborative approach ensuring best practices and processes are adhered to
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Full-cycle project experience in the high-rise residential sector
- 15+ years of experience in project management
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams to complete projects on time and on budget
- Well-networked with the local sub-trade, consultants, owner’s and inspectors
