About the Role
As an Intermediate Site Superintendent, you’ll play a hands-on role managing healthcare tenant improvement and retrofit projects—balancing operational execution with high client service standards. This role is ideal for a construction professional who knows how to represent a brand on-site, lead trades effectively, and keep projects on track, all while working in sensitive, occupied healthcare environments.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for healthcare TI and retrofit projects
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and inspections with a relentless focus on quality and safety
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and site documentation
- Maintain exceptional client relationships with professionalism and integrity
- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and health & safety standards
- Contribute to a team that values collaboration, detail, and craftsmanship
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of Site Supervision experience in ICI construction, with a focus on healthcare environments
- Expertise in tenant improvement, retrofit, and renovation projects—especially in live, occupied settings
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- A natural leader who can drive a project forward while maintaining relationships
- Proven ability to navigate complex projects with high attention to detail and safety
