Our client is known to have lasting and profitable client relationships through the delivery of successful project outcomes and a team dedicated to success.
The Greater Toronto Office is searching for a General Manager to support regional growth through project pursuits, operations management, and mentorship for the growing team of construction professionals. This opportunity is a great fit for a Senior Project Manager with ICI and Residential experience looking to advance their career in the construction industry.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Management and oversight of multiple ICI and Residential projects, including budget, schedule and quality control
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure resources and priorities are in line with project goals
- Assist with Project Pursuits
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Manage procurement, contract negotiations
- Site visits
- Maintain strong client relationships, championing the company brand
- Mentor and support team
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience with project pursuits, and project management in a GC setting
- Strong communicator with attention to detail and deep understanding of the GTA construction industry
- Collaborative and able to lead a team of project managers, estimators and site superintendents
- Organized, process oriented and able to achieve successful project outcomes
