About the Role
As Senior Superintendent, you’ll lead all on-site operations — from project start to successful turnover. You’ll champion safety, quality, and schedule, working alongside a talented construction and design team driven by integrity and a shared commitment to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations on complex mid-rise residential projects
- Maintain rigorous safety standards
- Lead site teams, trades, and subcontractors with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style
- Manage scheduling, materials, and resources to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide proactive communication to stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive quality control at every stage of construction
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years focused on mid-rise residential projects
- Proven track record managing projects from the ground up
- Leadership that inspires accountability and team success
- Solid technical knowledge of building systems, structural, envelope, and finishing
- Strong organizational skills and a solutions-focused mindset
