Parker Huggett is supporting a growing Calgary-based construction group in the search for a driven Project Coordinator to support their ICI projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career with a company that values collaboration, learning, and quality project delivery.
About the Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, supporting projects across the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. You’ll help manage project documentation, schedules, and communication — becoming a vital part of the project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project setup, budgets, and schedules
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety requirements
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting ICI construction projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with project teams and clients
- Construction-related degree or diploma preferred
- Proficient with project management software (Procore experience is an asset)
