About You
- You know your way around Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Landscaping blueprints, and you’re confident in preparing detailed quantity take-offs and scopes
- You understand how an estimate comes together — from bills of quantities to procurement, value engineering, and risk analysis
- You have solid, demonstrable GC experience, with exposure to ICI and/or residential projects
- You’re hungry to learn — your pricing knowledge across trades and divisions is strong, and you’re eager to level up
- You’ve had experience within a design-build environment and know how to navigate its fast-paced, collaborative nature
- You bring exceptional interpersonal skills, a high degree of organization, and a professional presence to everything you do
