Parker Huggett is proud to partner with a highly respected Toronto-based General Contractor in search of a Senior Superintendent to help lead their next generation of large-scale institutional and commercial builds.
What You’ll Be Leading:
Your first assignment? A $150M+ LEED Gold certified institutional project featuring a Geothermal Exchange System—a truly one-of-a-kind build that reflects our client’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence.
About You
You are a self-starter with a proven track record delivering complex commercial or institutional projects from the ground up. You’ve worked for top-tier GCs and know what success looks like on site, and more importantly, how to achieve it.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years’ experience as a Superintendent, with large-scale ($150M+) commercial or institutional projects under your belt
- A passion for driving performance and accountability on site, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality never take a back seat
- A natural ability to build strong relationships with project managers, trades, consultants, and clients alike
- A strategic mindset when it comes to site logistics, phasing, and risk mitigation
- Experience with LEED-certified or sustainable projects is a strong asset
