Now, with growth in their Special Projects division, we are seeking a Director, Special Projects to lead from the front.
What You Bring
You’re a construction professional with a sharp business sense and a passion for transforming spaces. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to balance design, function, and budget to exceed expectations.
As a proven leader, you know how to:
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Site Staff
- Drive business development through strong client relationships and repeat business
- Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-construction, design, and execution teams
- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
The Opportunity

Projects Include:
