With a strong reputation for collaboration, integrity, and execution, this team is focused on scaling for the future and they’re hiring leadership to help drive it.
We are currently recruiting for two key positions:
- Senior Project Manager – ICI Construction
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives on leading large, complex builds and managing project teams with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing ICI projects over $50M from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle project delivery
- Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
- Oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Project Director – ICI Construction
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who has consistently delivered large-scale ICI projects while supporting the growth and performance of internal teams. You’ll take on a broader leadership mandate, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale projects and project teams
- Act as an executive liaison for client and consultant partners
- Support internal project controls and delivery frameworks
- Mentor senior staff and contribute to business growth strategies
