Our client is a thriving, Ottawa-based General Contractor with deep roots in Eastern Ontario’s commercial and institutional construction scene. With a strong pipeline of $5-20M projects, they’re looking to add a Civil Siteworks Superintendent to their high-performing team.

As the successful candidate, you’ll be the go-to leader for all things civil and siteworks across projects in Eastern Ontario. You’ll be running the show on:
- Excavation, site servicing, sewer, watermain, and roadworks
- Collaborating closely with project managers, subtrades, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless site execution
- Keeping schedules tight, budgets on target, and quality above standard
- Leading with safety, pride, and a passion for building things right
About You
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on Industrial, commercial, and civil projects
- Strong civil and siteworks background, especially in sewer, water, excavation and grading
- You’re a self-starter who thrives on independence but knows how to collaborate when it counts
- You’re energized by action – moving projects forward, solving problems, and celebrating team wins
- A sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to site excellence
