About the Opportunity
We’re thrilled to present an exciting opening on behalf of our client – a nationally recognized, multi-disciplinary civil contractor renowned for delivering complex infrastructure projects across Canada.
As the Civil Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on-site, bringing structure, leadership, and energy to projects that shape the backbone of urban infrastructure. From major underground utilities to structural civil works, you’ll take the lead on diverse projects valued between $10M and $50M across the GTA.
About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with direct experience in heavy civil or infrastructure
- 5+ years of progressive experience in civil construction – ideally with structural or underground utility projects
- A true passion for building, with a hands-on leadership style and a drive to succeed
- Perceptive listening skills that help you lead teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Confidence in client-facing conversations, internal collaboration, and driving results
- Impeccable organization and planning, with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces without missing a beat
- A self-motivated mindset – you take initiative, own your work, and push projects forward
