With more than 70 years of experience across a diverse portfolio of projects – including ICI, infrastructure, and residential developments – this firm is recognized nationally for its integrity, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering complex builds that stand the test of time.
This role is a unique opportunity to take a leadership position on major ICI projects in the GTA, supported by an outstanding internal team and a well-established leadership group.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Self-Starter: You are proactive and accountable, with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Proven Leadership on Major Projects: You have demonstrated experience managing large-scale ICI construction projects ($200M+) with a General Contractor
- Effective Communicator & Team Leader: You build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team environment
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: You enjoy solving complex challenges and remain focused under pressure to drive successful project outcomes
- Continual Learner: You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies and evolving practices in construction management
