As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a major institutional and commercial project valued at over $50M in Kingston, Ontario. This is a rare opportunity to lead the charge on a high-profile build for an established and nationally recognized General Contractor that is expanding its Eastern Ontario footprint. About You
You’re not someone who waits for direction. You’re a self-starter, known for your ability to steer complex construction projects from the earliest pre-con stages through to successful close-out. You’ve already demonstrated success managing comparable commercial and institutional projects, and you know what it takes to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative, transparent, and solutions-oriented culture across all stakeholders – clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams alike.
About the Job
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a General Contractor
- A track record of delivering $50M+ institutional and commercial construction projects
- Confidence in driving project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
- Passion for building relationships, leading teams, and getting results
- Ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale builds with professionalism, urgency, and ownership
