Parker Huggett is working with a respected and steadily growing Ottawa-based construction management firm seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support complex commercial and institutional builds valued at $15M and above in Ottawa.

About You
You’re a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your background includes hands-on experience with a General Contractor, supporting the delivery of large-scale ICI projects – from design coordination through procurement, scheduling, and change management.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience supporting $15M+ projects in commercial and institutional construction
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate project needs before they arise
- Strong communication and organizational skills that keep stakeholders aligned
- A passion for driving success across all stages of the construction lifecycle
- The ability to foster trust and collaboration with owners, consultants, trades, and internal teams
