Office Manager / Executive Assistant – Permanent – 3009 North York, ON

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support executive leadership and manage day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will be 20% EA and 80% office management.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements for executives
  • Managing expense reporting and invoice processing
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and building maintenance coordination
  • Handling inbound/outbound mail, phone systems, and employee technical challenges
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, and social events
  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and other administrative tasks as needed

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with high attention to detail
  • Strong confidentiality and judgment skills

About the Job

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 5 days on-site North York
