The Opportunity
This isn’t just another Project Director role. You’ll be stepping into a leadership position that mirrors the scope and influence of an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or Construction Manager at other firms – but with a critical difference: this company is employee-owned, and they’ve been achieving record profits while delivering meaningful returns to their shareholders – who are also their builders.
As Project Director, you’ll oversee a project portfolio ranging from $30M to $100M in value concurrently, managing multiple Project Managers and delivery teams. You’ll be empowered to lead from the front, drive operational excellence, and shape the future of construction in the region.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading a team of Project Managers and site teams across multiple concurrent ICI projects
- Driving project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Overseeing portfolio-level P&L and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
- Championing a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentoring and inspiring your teams to grow, thrive, and deliver their best work
