Our client, an industry-leading contractor, is searching for a Senior Superintendent with deep experience in transit and airport infrastructure to lead some of Ontario’s most exciting and impactful projects.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 15+ years of construction experience with a proven track record in major transit, or airport projects
- Expertise in managing large, complex sites with multiple trades and tight logistics
- Manage subcontractors, site crews, safety, and schedules with precision
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet design and delivery objectives
- Foster a positive site culture built on collaboration, safety, and results
- Solve problems in real-time – balancing technical execution with human leadership
