They’re now hiring a Director of Estimating – a pivotal leadership role for someone who knows high-rise inside and out, and thrives in a builder-led environment where construction and design intersect early and often.
This role isn’t about quoting projects. It’s about shaping them.
As Director of Estimating, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, pre-construction, finance, and delivery teams to bring future communities to life – not just to budget, but to intent.
This is the place for someone who wants to go beyond takeoffs and tender packages – someone who loves the complexity and strategy of high-rise and sees estimating as both an art and a science.
About You
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in high-rise residential (ideally in Toronto’s downtown or midtown cores)
- A background with developer-builders or high-rise construction managers (ideally self-perform)
- Strong understanding of local trades, market dynamics, and cost drivers
- Passion for solving problems early – where it really counts
