About the Opportunity
We’ve been retained by one of Toronto’s most active construction management firms. With 10+ secured high-rise rental projects and 5 currently under construction, this organization is delivering with certainty in a market where many are standing still.
We’re seeking construction leaders who bring more than experience – we’re looking for those who lead with impact.
About You
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Manage multiple high-rise projects and project leaders concurrently, maintaining clarity and control across complex portfolios
- Lead with a solutions-based mindset, navigating challenges with calm, creativity, and accountability
- Be technically strong, with deep knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing, and execution
- Be presentable and polished, instilling confidence in clients and stakeholders through professionalism and clear communication
- Demonstrate strong cost control discipline, ensuring financial performance aligns with project goals
- Be transformational leaders – visible, supportive, and hands-on when needed, while empowering teams to grow and succeed
