With a busy backlog and major infrastructure and transit projects on the horizon, they are seeking a Chief Estimator to help shape the future of their estimating department and play a critical role in the firm’s continued growth.
About You
As the Successful Candidate, You Are:
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Highly experienced in estimating mid-sized heavy civil and MTO projects with a proven ability to drive winning bids
- A specialist in infrastructure construction, with deep insight into the nuances of roads, bridges, highways, and large-scale transit work
- Passionate about driving new business, collaborating with leadership to pursue strategic pursuits and build a strong project pipeline
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team of estimators while working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and executive teams
