This firm is an established player in the ICI construction landscape and is building momentum with larger and more intricate projects across the GTA.
They’re looking for you – a driven, experienced Senior Superintendent with a passion for building excellence and a track record of successful project leadership in the $50M+ range. The project is for a high-profile government agency based in the East GTA

About You
- You’re a self-starter with an innate drive to deliver results on-site
- You have demonstrable experience with a General Contractor on similar scale ICI projects ($50M+)
- You thrive in the complexity of Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) environments
- You are highly organized and meticulous with site documentation, safety, and scheduling
- You are tech savvy with a working knowledge of construction software
- You excel at collaborating with stakeholders, from subtrades and consultants to project owners
- You’re a natural communicator who builds trust with clients and inspires performance in the field
- Above all, you’re passionate about driving success on-site and delivering landmark projects
