About the Opportunity

As part of a dynamic group of companies specializing in civil works, condo development, and asset management, this GC has a strong industry reputation and an exciting pipeline of complex builds.
We’re seeking a Site Superintendent – Interiors to lead the interior construction of a $15M hospital renovation in Toronto. This project is a cornerstone in the city’s healthcare infrastructure and requires a detail-oriented leader with healthcare project experience to drive excellence on-site.
Project Types:
- Long-Term Care (LTC) and retirement homes
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Transit (TTC), recreational centers, and government buildings
- Project values from $10M to $100M+
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior construction efforts in collaboration with the General Superintendent and Project Manager
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site staff, consultants, and inspectors
- Ensure site documentation is accurate, current, and compliant
- Champion health & safety policies, including COR compliance
- Contribute to training programs, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness plans
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and high-end finishes
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 7+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI projects
- Previous hospital or healthcare project experience is a strong asset
- Highly respected by trades and consultants alike
- Familiarity with COR health & safety certification requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a track record in high-end interior finishes
- Post-secondary education in construction or related field
- Gold Seal Certification is an asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs
