About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Proven experience with large-scale, complex builds, ideally $100M+
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for building master schedules and working them through to project completion
- A passion for challenging, high-profile projects that demand precision, innovation, and grit
- An ability to collaborate seamlessly with all stakeholders, from the site to the boardroom
- A driven construction professional who thrives on solving problems and driving profitability
- Curiosity and a hunger for learning new construction methods and technologies
- A growth mindset, with the desire to elevate both your own skills and those of the team around you
- A deep understanding of constructability and trade sequencing, or the confidence to find and understand the answers you don’t have firsthand knowledge of already
