Your Impact – In this role, you will own the planning and day-to-day execution of significant and challenging builds, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality are never compromised. You’ll be the driving force on site; coordinating trades, sequencing work, and mitigating risk to ensure seamless delivery.
From healthcare and life sciences to government facilities, major sports venues, and large-scale social infrastructure, you’ll take on projects that matter. And with a strong pipeline of high-value work already secured, your leadership will be in demand from day one.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Accountable & Results-Oriented: You own your work and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes
- A Proven GC Leader: Demonstrable experience delivering comparable projects with a general contractor
- Passionate About Success: You thrive in high-pressure environments and lead teams with energy and purpose
- Collaborative & Communicative: You build strong relationships with all project stakeholders and keep everyone aligned
- Strategic & Detail-Focused: Skilled in site logistics, trade sequencing, and risk mitigation
- Experienced at Scale: A track record on $100M–$200M+ projects in sectors such as government, healthcare, education, sports/events, industrial, and long-term care
- Clearance-Ready: Able to secure necessary clearances for sensitive projects
- Curious & Growth-Minded: You continuously seek new methodologies and take pride in developing your team
- A Leader with Heart: You inspire, motivate, and innovate, driving growth through both passion and results
