We’re searching for a Senior Project Coordinator who’s ready to play a key role on large-scale builds, including an exciting upcoming post-secondary project in Toronto.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on large-scale commercial or institutional projects ($150M+)
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams
- Strong working knowledge of IPD, Progressive Design-Build, or Design-Bid-Build delivery models
- A drive for excellence, with a natural ability to problem-solve and keep projects on track
- A high degree of motivation and initiative, you push for success, not just for yourself, but for your team
