As their project pipeline grows, they’re seeking a Site Superintendent who thrives in dynamic environments and brings leadership, technical know-how, and attention to detail to every build. If you’re motivated, organized, and ready to take charge of complex projects in the $5M+ range, this is your next step.
About You
- A motivated builder with a strong drive to succeed and take ownership on-site
- A leader with proven experience delivering ICI construction projects from start to finish
- Experienced in TTC or transit-focused projects (an asset)
- A skilled communicator with strong client-facing abilities and a collaborative approach to working with all project stakeholders
- Extremely organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality
- Able to oversee multiple project elements with confidence and control, ensuring schedules, safety, and budgets are always in check
