We’re recruiting proven Superintendents and Project Managers to deliver high‑end interior projects for flagship retail environments and active banking branches across B.C. You’ll lead tenant improvements and interior fit‑outs, from luxury retail boutiques and multi‑storey flagships to live-environment banking branch remodels. Typical scopes include phased demolitions, intricate finishes, complex MEP coordination, and precision scheduling to maintain operational continuity. Projects frequently require navigating municipal permitting and delivering under tight timelines.

What You’ll Do
- Own field execution (Superintendent) or end‑to‑end delivery (PM) of interior TI projects in retail and banking
- Lead safety, quality control, and municipal permitting/inspection coordination
- Drive cost control, RFIs/submittals, and stakeholder communication with designers, landlords, and client reps
- Implement tech‑enabled reporting and progress tracking; proactively de‑risk schedules and supply chain
About You
- Superintendent: 7+ years leading interior TI sites (retail/banking preferred); mastery of sequencing, finishes, and MEP coordination; strong trade leadership and safety
- Project Manager: 5–10+ years delivering interior fit‑outs; budgeting, scheduling (P6 or equivalent), change management, and client-facing communication
- Proven success in phased, occupied renovations with tight timelines and exacting finishes
- A reputation for accountability, collaboration, and building trust
