We’re searching on behalf of a leading GTA-based General Contractor for a Senior Superintendent ready to lead large-scale ICI projects ($100M+) in the GTA. With a legacy spanning over 35 years, this builder has a reputation for excellence across a varied portfolio of projects, where they deliver notable developments in infrastructure, healthcare, residential, and transit, to name only a few; their pipeline has never been busier.

About You
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in high-accountability environments
- You’ve led major ICI, healthcare, institutional, transit, or residential builds from Cradle-to-Grave – with quality, safety, and schedule in alignment
- You’re the person who lives for site action – energizing your team, solving problems before they arise, and building strong relationships across the board
- You understand that success on site is built on trust, communication, and coordination – with trades, consultants, clients, and your PM counterpart
- You’ve developed a sharp, strategic mindset around logistics, sequencing, and risk – always with a Plan B ready
- You take pride in driving performance, safety, and results – with a reputation for bringing teams together and bringing projects in on time
