About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Major Project Experience: A proven track record on large-scale heavy civil or transit projects ($100M–$200M+). You understand the scale, the stakes, and the standards required to succeed
- Technical Savvy: You’re fluent in constructability. You know how to sequence trades in busy, complex environments. You understand the importance of quality systems, technical design integration, and how to identify and solve problems before they appear in the field
- Design-Phase Voice: You’re confident in bringing a construction-minded perspective to design development. You ask the tough questions, anticipate scope gaps, and ensure planning is rooted in real-world execution, always with safety and risk in mind
- Leadership by Example: You are a self-starter and an accountable decision-maker. You inspire those around you, clear roadblocks for your team, and take ownership of results
- Communication & Collaboration: You thrive in team environments. You listen, lead, and energize those around you. You understand that success is a team sport
