About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven project/scope leadership within a civil infrastructure contracting environment
- Strong relationship-building and critical thinking skills to manage diverse stakeholders in collaborative contract models
- Hunger to learn and the humility to know there’s always more to learn
- Hands-on experience with Joint Venture Dynamics, Progressive Design Build, and Alliance Model Contracts
- Passion for collaboration
