Senior Project Manager, ICI Construction – Permanent – 3137 Vancouver/Victoria, BC
About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable mid‑to‑large general contractor with a strong presence in Western Canada, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead institutional, commercial, and light‑industrial projects in either Vancouver or Victoria. This role is ideal for a seasoned builder who excels at guiding complex projects, managing client expectations, and developing high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:
- Lead full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through turnover
- Develop and oversee schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk management strategies
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and trade partners
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, including PMs, PCs, and site staff
- Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance targets are consistently met
- Participate in business planning and support pursuit efforts when needed
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Professional Mindset: Grit, Entrepreneur
- 10–15+ years of experience delivering ICI projects with a general contractor
- Demonstrated leadership on projects ranging from $10M–$100M+
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building capability
About the Job

- Salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000
