With a strong national presence and a rapidly expanding Toronto district, this firm is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and they’re looking for a Senior Superintendent to help lead it. This is an active opportunity for a recently awarded project in Belleville, ON.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience with a General Contractor in projects in the $50M+ range
- Strong commercial and institutional project experience
- A passion for driving success and raising the standard of project delivery
- The ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Experience working within progressive design-build contracts
- A results-driven mindset and leadership presence
- Eligibility to work in Canada
