Our partner is both a recognized CM/GC and a fully integrated real estate developer and builder with a long-standing presence across Eastern Canada. As their team grows, they are looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead major industrial and commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area. With decades of experience, an impressive cast of professionals and a growing pipeline of large, technically complex work, this organization offers the chance to run projects that shape how we live and work.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- You are a senior site leader who thrives in high accountability environments and takes ownership from day one
- You’ve successfully delivered large ICI or industrial projects. ideally from early works through close out, with safety, schedule, and quality fully aligned
- You understand that great sites don’t happen by accident: they’re built through planning, sequencing, logistics, and strong relationships
- You lead from the front, setting the tone for safety, collaboration, and performance with trades, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams
- You’re calm under pressure, decisive when it matters, and always thinking two steps ahead
- You value structure, communication, and coordination, and you expect the same from the teams you lead
